Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund's management team has extensive experience, both with Armtec and throughout related industries. The team has a proven track record of successfully initiating and executing a number of value-enhancing projects, including the following examples:

|
Artmec has expanded its market for corrugated steel pipe by building bases for wind towers in southern Alberta. In addition, Armtec formed a distribution agreement with Menard Inc., a leading chain of home supply stores in the U.S., to sell Platon foundation wrap. |
Armtec is now the national Canadian distributor for CONTECH Stormwater Solutions, a leading U.S. supplier of storm water quality systems. Armtec has also become the exclusive provider of BEBO bridges throughout most of Canada with the purchase of a licence to sell concrete arch bridge technology for long span bridges. |
With the purchase of a linear corrugator, Armtec has become the only company in Alberta to manufacture both plastic and steel corrugated pipe. |
Management believes that the five acquisitions completed since inception (Construction Products Division of Maritime Steel, Construction Products Division of Twister Pipe Ltd and Culvert Manufacturing and Distribution business of Prairie Steel Products Ltd., Prairie Steel Manufacturing Ltd., Con-Force and Bruce Tile) will be accretive to cash flow. |

In 2003, management commenced an efficiency review of its manufacturing plants with the objective of improving productivity. The review resulted in the implementation of several initiatives at Armtec's manufacturing plants, including the establishment of an overall plant organization program as a prelude to the implementation of a lean manufacturing system. |

Management is currently implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program to centralize information systems, integrate processes and improve overall productivity and efficiency. Armtec’s lean manufacturing program is expected to significantly benefit from this new initiative. |
