Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund ("the Fund") is an unincorporated, open-ended, limited purpose trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to a Declaration of Trust dated June 15, 2004.

The primary asset of the fund, Armtec Limited Partnership ("Armtec"), is Canada's leading manufacturer & marketer of drainage products & engineered solutions for infrastructure applications in a diverse cross-section of industries, including the public infrastructure market & private sector markets such as natural resources, residential drainage & agricultural drainage in Canada.
